HyvPOS provides digital business software solutions including POS systems, inventory management, staff management, CRM platforms, and SaaS‑based operational tools. The platform enables secure online payments via PayU (UPI, Cards, Net Banking), automated transaction tracking, and analytics to support efficient financial management for startups and SMEs.
HyvPOS collects minimal business and contact information required to provide software services, payment processing, and customer support. Payment data is processed securely through PayU and never stored on our servers. Data is securely stored and never sold to third parties. Users may request data updates or deletion by contacting support@hyvpos.com.
By using HyvPOS services, customers agree to lawful usage, accurate payment processing, and compliance with applicable regulations. HyvPOS provides software on a service basis and is not liable for business losses resulting from misuse or external system failures. All payments are processed through PayU payment gateway and subject to their terms.
Subscription or service payments are generally non‑refundable once activated. Refunds may be issued only in cases of duplicate payment or verified technical failure preventing service delivery, subject to review within 7 business days of request. Refund processing time: 5-7 business days.
Customers may cancel their subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle. No refunds are provided for partial months. To cancel, contact support@hyvpos.com with your account details.
